“Very unfortunate that when the watch was received, and un packed, it had all ready been done once before. Tags removed, protective covers missing, watch was loose in box, band stretched, manual smudged. Items need to be verfied as new and not ship as USED, as better standards need to be enforced. I guess anything goes, as "USED" is the this years "NEW". Thanks Sierra, as you will now be receiving the watch back for a second time, except this time I am returning it as I received it. Normally, STP is spot on, this time was a miss.”
