“I usually wear 14 but need 16 if the waist is unforgiving. Based on other reviews, I ordered these in 18. Wonderful workmanship, but much too big in waist. I did not exchange because I did not care for the wide leg opening. STP says 20" (probably for size 10) which I still would not care for, but these 18s are 23.5". Since I have tape measure in hand, waist is 37". With the weight of the cuff, the wide opening swung back and forth when I walked. It's a matter of taste, and if these suit your taste, they are 4 stars or 5.”
