Hawksley & Wight Worsted Wool Blazer (For Women)

I have one in black and I love it (that's the perfect rating). It goes with everything. I liked it so much, I ordered another in "tan." The "tan" is really stone (more on the gray side, and lighter than tan), and the oversize cut doesn't work as well with the lighter color fabric, so if you're not getting black, order one size smaller.

Good construction but the padding in the shoulders were too much for me-I had to return it.

This and another by this maker looked great online, but for both, when received, the length and sleeves were very short. Material is great. But I had to send back. If you have a short/petite body, this may work for you. I have average length arms and a slightly longer torso, so it looked pretty silly. With the jacket so short, it made it look like I had a big rear end because the bottom of the jacket hit the top of my butt and fanned out. YUCK!

It is a handsome blazer that could go from casual to business casual easily. From jeans to dress pants. The wool was a nice quality and tightly woven. But even in a size 2 - the shoulder pads were just too bulky and gave the blazer a top-heavy look that was not attractive in proportion to my small frame. Accordingly - I returned this blazer and did not keep it as part of my wardrobe.

A bit dressier than I'd imagined, but very elegant and well tailored. Would be good in an office setting, also nice to dress up jeans to go out. An excellent value for the price.
