“My 28.5" waist & close to 40" hips can make finding the right proportion a problem in pants. I typically wear a 6 or 8 petite in Banana Republic pants but thought I'd try to save some money by trying a different brand--no success. I did size up to an 8 petite in these as suggested by other reviewers. Thought the pants fit comfortably and were well tailored--I prefer unlined garments--they exaggerated my hips in a rather unflattering way. If you find a brand that consistently works for you, just stick with it and shop the sales.”
