    Classics never go out of style so I buy classic clothes made out of quality material, that are well made so they will last a long time. The fabric could have been a bit heavier but the lining made it acceptable. I would have preferred no elastic in the back waist but it is not very noticeable when it is on. I did follow the other reviews and ordered one size up and I am glad I did because the waist does run small. I prefer long skirts and the length was perfect, especially with boots. I also bought 3 of the solid color skirts by this maker because it is hard to find longer length wool skirts that are lined. This is my first purchase from Sierra Traders [...]. I will buy from Sierra Traders again.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I loved the feel, look, and make of the fabric and skirt as a whole. In the end, though, I am returning it because the elastic insets in the waistband make it less classy and professional-looking than the skirts I select to wear for work. If only they made a version without the elastic...
