4.0 out of 5 stars. Just as described...Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mike from Boston from Boston on Tuesday, March 29, 2016I have not skied in these yet, but the product is exactly as described. There are several adjustments and no manual so you'll have to google the web for how to make them. The boots fit true to size so if you are a 9 and want a little extra size you should go up half a size.

5.0 out of 5 stars. expert bootVerified Buyer Reviewed by Eugene the semi active one from Silicon Valley on Friday, January 22, 2016I haven't had a chance to ski in them yet, but they are fully featured. the toe box is okay in the width, but I think I can stretch that with some heat. my biggest concern was my larger than average calves, and the amount of adjustability allowed me to make it work. the footbed looks supportive enough with a hard heal cup so i won't need to buy a separate insole saving at least $40+. overall happy with it so far, but the real test will be later.
