I did NOT think I would enjoy running with a visor on, but as I hate to wear sunglasses when running, I thought this would offer good eye protection from the sun. I really do love this visor. Although it is not adjustable, it is not really neccessary to have it be adjustable since the elastic is such good quality. I have a ladies head, and even though this is unisex, it fits me very well. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.
