Hein Gericke High Noon Motorcycle Chaps (For Men)

Based on previous experience with this product line, I ordered the chap size to correspond with the size of my Hein Gericke XXL jacket [also from STP]. They were significantly too big but the chaps were no longer available for exchange. The price was so good, as was the quality, that I had a local retailer alter them for about half the discount price and I still feel like I made out like a bandit.

Quality leather and craftmanship, very sturdy looking and feeling. They were too big and long but I had ended up ordering size too big - because smaller wasn't available. Trying to find someone to alter - the price was just too good to pass up knowing they could be altered to fit.

I bought both these chaps and a pair of the HG pants and I continue to use the chaps. The have esy to use zip/snap leg fasteners which make putting on knee pads a snap. The solid waist strap rides a bit high but works for me. The belt loops are great. I use a black woven stretchy belt to cinch it all up and its nothing but comfort, easy to put on and a secure feeling.

Very nice chaps that are well made and look good. Sizing for the Small is pretty good, however i prefer my chaps to sit lower on my waist closer to the beltline. Also, the waist/belt with snaps needs a bit more adjustment room and is a tad snug. There is plenty of length and this allows for a custom fit. Pockets and belt loops are so nice to have too.

Take the leather and make other leather product's out of it. Style sucks and they're cut square.. Not worth the money unless you've got a square back side.

I've paid a whole lot more for chaps I've liked a whole lot less. Can they protect me from the elements? You bet! Will they protect me from road rash? Let's hope I never find out, but my bet is they will. These are heavy weight leather without being cumbersome and the sizing is right on the money. I wear Levi 501 jeans 30/34 and these chaps (size small) look like they were designed to compliment the Levis. If you're debating on whether you should buy these or not, just get 'em, you'll be glad you did! Terrific value; top of the line materials, great workmanship and awesome design.

The lining gives my legs extra warmth in cold weather.

Fits like a glove. 5'11" 175lbs 32" waist. I went with the "M". Trimming a little off the backside of the heal made for a perfect fit. You can't miss if you know how to measure your inseam, it's that easy!

I'm extreamly pleased with these chaps. Very stylish, exellent quality, heavy leather.
