Helen Kaminski Flo Raffia Hat - Braided (For Women)

I like this hat so much that the moment I tried it on, I ordered the second one. It's both a practical and a great looking hat (function & form). The brim is very wide, giving me protection from sun I want. I also tried pinning the front portion of the brim to the crown; it exposes my face (if I want it to) and the hat looks very good this way as well. The included mother of pearl shells look very nice, making it very fitting for ocean scenery, vacation and leisure. The size is medium; I am 6&7/8 (small) and it is a little too big but I have long hair so I pin it in such a way that the hat fits perfectly. Helen Kaminski's site also suggests that one pinches the ribbon inside of the hat to reduce its size if needed. The fact that I can put this hat into a luggage and not worry about it getting damaged is GREAT!

My 3rd Kaminski hat and a 4th one is on its way. But I lost my 1st beautiful raffia one at a football game recently and was distressed. It's brim was adjustable, this one is not. But you can still sort of play with it. [...] too late for wear this year (unless someone takes me South!) but I look forward to having it next summer.

You can wear this to the beach, the park, or even with a dress! Fits well. Easy to adjust the wide braided brim I can achieve some great angles Very comfortable. Hard to wear if you driving in a sports car need a SUV with the wide brim.

Beautiful hat that simply had too wide and flat a brim for me. Even with the adjustment in the windy Northeast it would have blown away.
