Perfect for narrrow head person

My wife got it for a light drizzly day. Her head is normal sized, but the hat has a rather narrow fit. When she puts it on, and pull down, it slides back upward because part of the inner fabric is smooth and inside of the hat is shaped so that it slides up if head is pushing from inside. It should sit well on the head of a person with skinny head, but she had to return it. Color and shape seems nice.
