“I love hats, and this one looked so great in the picture, like an artsy, funky newsboy cap. I pictured it having a nice sturdy brim and a reinforced bill in the front. The fabric and color are adorable, and this could have been a really great hat, had they given it the structure it needs to keep the hat's shape. But when it arrived in person, I saw that the "bill" is actually just a fold in the cap, so that when you put it on your head, the two sides of the bill pull away from each other and make the hat lose its shape and look really strange. Not like a "newsboy" style, but more like some weird English horseriding affair that comes further down around your head. It was neither flattering nor comfortable, so I sent it back.”
