    I purchased this item as a present for my mother. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the fabric. It feels more acrylic than wool. It is also extremely oversized. I feel like I am wearing a blanket instead of a luxurious wrap.

    This is a beautiful cape(opens in the front)but made me look even shorter and heavier than I am( size 10 petite). It broke my heart to return it but no matter how many times I put it on the effect was the same. If you are taller than 5'2" you'll be fine with this and I'll be jealous.

    A wonderful mix of casual and elegant. This ruana looks great open in the front, or with one side draped over a shoulder. I purchased the clay color, which is a really rich shade of taupe. I hate to rush the seasons along, but have to say I'm almost eager for the cooler weather to arrive so I can wear this!
