Reviewed by Aussie Alpine Chick from Australian High Country on Thursday, April 25, 2013This is a good little first aid kit, as comprehensive as the size allows, with excellent additions to the usual with items such as a proper irrigation syringe, first aid prompt cards/booklet and patient record sheet. Although only a single non compartmentalized bag, the contents are separated in type perfectly in very strong zip loc bags. A nice inclusion too is a few meds such as antihistamine tablets and pain killers. Impressed, epically for the price and definitely a good step in the direction of a wilderness first aid kit. Great buy.

The first aid kit is well stocked and a first aid booklet is included. I'm American Red Cross trained in CPR and first aid, so having a breathing barrier was a great addition to the kit. I would have given this first aid kit all 5 stars if it was easier to access the supplies in the bag. Putting the supplies back in the kit is also a pain. As advertised the Helenbac's Advanced first aid kit is well-stocked for moderate emergencies. Restocking supplies are available on the Helenbac website.
