    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This boot is not nearly as sleek as it looks online. I was expecting a narrow toe, but the toe is actually quite ugly and not feminine. While practically, it's a great boot, I often feel conflicted wearing it because I'm a very aesthetically-minded person, and I just find it ugly.

    I'm not crazy about the very square toe. It doesn't appear quite so square in the online photos. But I could have lived with that -- the features that will make me send them back are the footbed and sole -- which seem thin and unsupportive.
