No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I never wore them out of the house, but I did wear them inside on several days. They're comfortable and a good height. They do run a size large. From the side they are very cute and stylish, but the toe is extremely square - I didn't mind but some might. I returned them though because I have extremely cold feet and these boots did not keep them warm *inside* the house, so I saw no point in trying them outside.”
