    These boots have clearly been laying around the warehouse for a long time. The black suede dye rubs off on my hands. The zippers are warped and nearly impossible to pull up. They are defective and should not be re-sold.

    Cute boots, but a little narrow in the toe area. For winter boots I would prefer a wider toe area to accomodate heavy socks. The boots are really very lightweight and loved the soles! If you have a narrow foot the boot is for you.

    I bought these for a few planned trips to the East Coast where I'll need snow boots. The boots are cute. I have a 9 narrow foot. The boots are slightly short for my 9, but part of that is the movement from my narrow foot. I added some padding to hold the foot in place and my toe just touches the front ever so slightly now. I think they would feel more comfortable if the toe box weren't so stiff. Overall, though, a decent boot.

    I really wanted these shoes and tried twice to get the right it. The first time the wrong size was sent. The second time I got the right size and one boot was a good fit and the other was like another size - ie the same size but really tight. So I am going to reluctantly send them back again.

    These aren't as cute as the picture. The combination of black suede with the light sole looks odd. The contrast stitching is cute, though. But the biggest problem was the fit. It felt too narrow around the metatarsal (my feet are medium width) but too wide at the heel so my foot slipped with every step as I walked around the house. I sent these back.

    Have two other Bastien winter boots and nothing is warmer and lasts longer. Fits to your foot and really grips icy sidewalks. Would buy this brand again.
