    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    My feet are usually between regular and wide width on shoes, depending on the style. I ordered wide width in these boots so I could easily wear socks with them. Even with only very thin socks, the boots were much too tight across the ball of the foot. I'd say they are closer to a narrow regular width than to a wide width. they are going back.
