I was planning to use these trail shoes to do day hikes in Honolulu with my sister who lives there but need to send them back as they are too narrow and I never have never had trouble with medium width before. One foot feels ok but one hurts badly. I would probable exchange them but don't like having to pay postage yet again!

This shoe is very uncomfortable. It is very rigid. Walking in these shoes is awkward. I tried wearing them for a while to see if they would loosen the rigitity but they never did. I would definitely not recommend this shoe to anyone.

This model shoe is narrower than other Hi Tech products that I have purchased but appears to fit fine. Plan to use for hiking when traveling because they are light and relatively small and my regular Hi Tech boots are not. I have had very good experience with Hi Tech boots thus far --fit my feet well and durable.
