Bought this in the wine color - love it, a nice change from black. I wanted a lightweight down jacket for spring & fall conditions and warm CO winter days to wear around town, this is perfect for that. I wear other jackets on the slopes so probably wouldn't wear this on the slopes, but it could be worn on warmer days. It's not a super bulky, warm serious ski jacket. I have broad shoulders & a lean torso (5'3", 120 lbs) so I have a hard time getting tops & jackets to fit - small are often too tight in the shoulders & medium are often too baggy in the torso. This small fit me perfect, it has a bit of a tapered fit so I don't feel like the Michelin man. And it was a fantastic price for a real down jacket. I haven't had a problem with feathers falling out but haven't worn it a lot yet. It seems well made. I've received lots of compliments on it already.

This jacket fluffs out and is unbelievably light and silky feeling - it would pack down to almost nothing. I got the teal/green color (pasha), which is very pretty, and the price was great. For all of that, I want to keep it - the down side for me is that it's a medium, and I could use a small (N/A), particularly for the shoulder area, which is large for someone w narrow shoulders. It seems like it's warm (worn inside, compared w other jackets), but not for extreme temps - if very cold, wet or windy, you would want an outside layer. Nevertheless, it's an appealing jacket, easy for travel, spring/fall walking or an extra in the car when you might need it.

I used this on a camping trip at Yosemite, with meals in the valley restaurants. That's why I loved that it is both outdoorsy and polished. I rate it high as a travel piece because it's lightweight and packs into a small stuffsack. I haven't used it enough to evaluate durability or washability.

This has been great for very cold Spring mornings. Layers well under a rain jacket . Not a lot of 'features', but for the cost a great value . Small elastic band on sleeves is minimal, but with gloves, winds stays out. On me, the neck could be tighter for complete airlock, but with even a thin scarf, is warm and functional. Average inner pockets have no closures, and smallish outer pockets zip shut, but are pretty basic. I noticed a feather poking through, so I don't know how the fabric will wear over time, but overall I think this is a good value. Probably not warm enough on its own for a real blizzard kind of day! No reflector tape for visibility, which I would have liked.
