About Hi-Tec Trail Blazer Trail Shoes (For Men)

Closeouts. Hi-Tec's Trail Blazer trail shoes are a great choice for speed hikers and long days when you need less support. The breathable mesh upper is soft and comfortable, and the aggressively lugged outsole can handle loose terrain.

I've read mixed reviews of Hi-Tec's shoe products. The price (especially STP's price) on these hikers, combined with nice reviews, made it a risk worth taking. I'm glad I did.

I've worn them around town a little and gone hiking on both trail and rocks with them...and they're holding up quite we... Read More

These shoes are comfortable, well-made and look good. They are definitely worth the price. I recommend them without reservations.

Great shoe for the money. Light, breathable and durable. Not too narrow or wide. Fits just fine. The insole is fine. Don't listen to those other reviews complaining of lack of cushioning or no arch support, they're probably Mormon.

My son has wore these 5 times since receiving them in the mail 2 weeks ago. Camping, eagle project trail work and mowing the yard. He loves them. May have to get another pair.

I like these and actually considered buying a second pair, they were comfortable out of the box and work well for me to wear to work, and they're pretty cool looking!

The shoes fit well and the factory insole is not too bad. I will probably replace it for something with a bit more arch support. The build quality seems very good and the shoe provides good traction. Seems like a good everyday shoe or dayhiker.

  • Question “what is a D width??

is that an unusual width for guys?”

Asked on 9/27/2014 5:14:13 PM by AK MOM from alaska
    • Answer The D width is also referred to Medium in men's shoes/boots. I use a medium shoe and occasionally get them marked as D. I have not noticed any difference. I would say the most men use the D (Medium) width.
