Vibram outsole means more durable longer lasting than low price/quality boots. All leather (smooth finish) uppers looks and feels good. Fit & Finish of this book looks very good to me for a mass produced China boot. Hi-Tec books always seem like a good mid-range value priced boot to me. I'm a 9.5 male size with a normal D wide size although since I'm not running track in winter boots or summer hiking boots I like a little extra space for comfort and a heavy sock option so I often order 1/2 size up as I did with these. size 10 gives me plenty of room in this toe box area. If you like a secure snug fit or have a narrow foot just order your normal size. I just got these boots and have only worn them inside house so I can't speak to long-term durability or winter warmth.

This boot is very poor quality. The vinyl is flaking and has split between the sole and the vinyl trim of the upper. They are leaking water.
