    Sewing is of poor quality and is very loose at the seams. I returned one pair and the pair I received in exchange is the same. I will be returning the 2nd pair for a full refund.

    Great pair of flannel dress pants. The fabric weight is on the lighter side, which is great in the south but I wouldn't want to brave a winter in the Green Bay with them. The waist is true to size but they are cut on the slim side, so depending on you build you might need to order up a size. Finally the medium brown has some green to it, and I might actaully call it a dark olive depending on the light. All in all a very good pair of pants at a great price.
