I'm 6-0 tall, and just on the break point between a 42R and 42L. I tried the 42R and it seemed a tad short, so I sent it back for the 42L. Big mistake. The long was at least 3" longer than the regular, and the fit was completely different. Horrible fit. In hindsight I wish had kept the 42R, but they are gone. I also found some lining stitch blems on the inside of the 42L jacket which the 42R did not have. I'm surprised at the variance in fit, and quality issues, especially for a Hickey Freeman. These suits are not marked "blems", but look close before you buy. Sometimes, if it seems too good to be true, it is. Pass.

I ordered a size "Regular", The labels on the suit stated that it was a size "Regular". It was an "Extra Long". I always have to have my suits altered, but this cost me $60 more. The only salvation is that the suit still was a good value.
