high quality blazer at a bargain price.

I purchased this same jacket in a smaller size and sent it back with a somewhat critical review. With the sale still on, I ordered it again in a size larger than I usually wear. Yes, for my taste, the fabric is somewhat too sheeny for a casual jacket, but this size fits better and it is really nicely cut, so I decided to keep it. I've always wanted a Hickey Freeman jacket in my wardrobe, and now I have one. For the price, I don't think you can go wrong.

When I saw this blazer on sale I jumped at it, having found Hickey Freeman suit jackets at retail stores to be the best fitting and most comfortable I'd tried on. This one fell short of my expectations. Its fit was a bit snug and the fabric had too much sheen for an informal blazer, almost as if a suit jacket had had metal buttons sewn on to qualify as a blazer. I sent it back--somewhat reluctantly because I had always wanted this brand hanging in my closet.

This is an excellent Blazer that is in the Hickey Freeman Tradition even though the company has changed ownership. Good Quality and has the traditional fit. It is "true to size" unlike many of the modern fit that are too tight. I would purchase again.
