Reviewed by Overdressed from The Pacific Northwest on Sunday, May 12, 2013I've done very well with the Hickey Freeman suits and sportcoats I've bought, and have generally found them to be of superb quality. Most have been quite consistent in fit, and a a Hickey Freeman 46L is almost guaranteed to fit me well. This jacket was an exception: the 46L that I ordered was simply too big -- too long in the body, too full in the chest. I returned it for the 44L, which I must admit is almost a perfect fit, a little closer and more tailored than the fit I usually settle for. The issue on the 44L was that the sleeves are too short. I decided not to presume that the sleeves could be let out enough and just returned it. Which is too bad, because I really did like the color, feel and weight of this fabric, and felt it would have been a nice addition to my summer wardrobe. If the fit suits you, this would be a fine jacket.
