Perfect size & capacity for short hikes, when a backpack is too much. Comfortable to wear. Water bottles are large size & quality made. Ample storage in the back pouch.

These water bottles are well made, but fill these things up with water and you have automatic weights, just not where you want them! Would have been perfect with half the size!

Well thought out and looks like it will stand the tests of use. I have not been able to use this hydration unit, for I live in Minnesota and we are in the depths of winter. Come on spring!!

The capacity of the pack itself is a good size but the two water bottles are large and, when filled with water, heavy. They also "stick out" a lot which not only looks a little dorky but my elbows can hit them if I swing my arms too vigorously. I will look for another lumbar pack that is more satisfactory.

This pack does what it advertises. It carries mainly fluids for hydration. The compartment for stuff is small, which is perfect for me. If I need cargo space, I would choose a different pack or possibly wear two. This one is very small and lightweight and sits low on your waist.

Use for guided day hiking. lotsa water for pack size. Chosen for that reason. Problem is that on day hikes, less water needed. So we us the second bottle holder for binoculars, skull cap, compass, etc.
