Closeouts. What separates this High Sierra rolling duffel bag from the pack is its ingenious use of space -- and lots of it. This 26" duffel bag features straps for last-minute lash-ons and generous, end-pocket-accessible stuff sacks for laundry.

Great bag that performed well on a recent trip. I am a big guy and back packs always seem to small for me. The back pack straps on this bad boy did great and I was able to carry my gear with ease.

My husband and I were looking for some sturdy versatile bags for our 72-hour kits. We needed them to be bigger because of packing stuff for our small children, but we also wanted to be able to carry them. This was the perfect size and perfect compromise. We love these bags.

This duffel holds a lot, but is too big to use as a carry-on. Doesn't fit in the overhead storage.
The backpack straps are useful if you need to have your hands free moving into / out of an airport (e.g. to deal with children), but since you need to check it anyway, that is not as important as it would be for a carry-on.

I make my living as a full-time paramedic and work 24 and 36 hour shifts away from home. I purchased this duffle to transport uniforms, toiletries and essential equipment to and from. I love the wheels and telescoping handle for transporting. The duffle is roomy and appears durable enough. All in all, a good bag for the job.

I bought the 28" High Sierra duffel for an 18-day trip. Once packed, after a total of maybe 200 feet, it quit rolling and started dragging, wheels splayed out to the sides. Although we babied it, taking cabs instead of public transportation, carrying instead of dragging, etc. (there is no shoulder strap; it was awful), by the time we arrived at our second hotel the hard shell base of the duffel was shattered and we were leaving a trail of plastic chunks. Thank God for duct tape and the fact that most of the trip was on a cruise ship.
