I had one pair of skis in there and they survived the airplane trip. It is quite spacious and as I only had one pair of skis I did need to pack some ski clothes around my skis.

I just used it for a trip and I was able to fit everything I needed for skiing in it. It could potentially fit a couple of pairs of skis, but I have not tried it. It seems very durable - but only time will tell.

Answer The width/depth of this bag - 6"x8" - would make fitting most snowboards (other than kids models) inside difficult if not impossible. I would look for a snowboard specific bag for a better fit width and length-wise.
