Excellent boot bag. You can easily fit your boots and helmets into this bag and it appears to be well made. Do not hesitate to purchase this bag. I hate lugging my boots around, this makes carrying them very easy and it frees up your hands.

I wanted a simple bag and this one is just that with a few extras and for a great price. There's more than enough room for my boots and helmet plus a pocket for mittens and an inside mesh pocket for small things like keys, pass, chapstick, hair scrunchie... The bungee cords and drain holes in the bottom are a nice addition. This will be great for travel as well as for just keeping my everyday ski stuff together. Now all we need is snow!

My husband and I got these bags to hold our gear. We both can get our boots, helmet, ski pants, goggles, gloves and scarf all in the bag. There is a large compartment for the boots and helmet and pants. The outer pocket is perfect for scarfs, gloves, etc. I carry it by the top handle and not the backpack straps. It is a nice way to keep everything organized. I am going to purchase this bag for my kids to help organize their gear too.

The Duralite fabric has urathane coating on the iside but there are grommet vents at the bottom which would alow water to leak out.|The fabric could easily cleaned with a mild soap and water.

Mag,there are a couple of drain holes in the bottom of the bag--so yes it would leak to the outside. The inside of the pack has a rubbery feel & looks like it would clean easliy with a sponge. (In an extreme case you could probably hose it out).

Like most ski boot bags, it has drain holes in the bottom, so yes it will drain melting slush. Appears to be waterproof, except for the drain holes, but I have not left it out in the rain yet. Interior is smooth fabric, and with drain holes I guess you could pretty easily wash it out.

I haven't noticed water leaking through the material itself, but the bag has reinforced holes in the bottom to allow melted snow to escape.
