The bag is huge as it fits my 163 cm snowboard with the larger bindings. I can even put in my helmet, size 12 shoes and have room for my snow pants. All of it fits just perfectly - can't ask for more. The build seems really solid. I don't think it will tear from regular use anytime soon. The only gripe I have is that there is no padding on the edges. The material is quite thick so it will protect the edges somewhat but its not the best protection. The centre (75%) of the bag is well padded and the bindings should be well protected. Also one design flaw is the zipper. Its only on one end of the bag. Not really easy to put the board and stuff in. But overall No real complaints Bought it $40 and shipped to Canada within a week. Perfect !

The bag is a good bang for your buck compared with other snowboard bags. Loading the gear is awkward but manageable due to zipper placement. The bag did open during my flight. I don't know if airline security opened it and then never closed it well or if it came open while in transit, but luckily nothing was lost.

  • Question “I have Flow binding on my snowboard and they are about foot high from the board. I cannot collapse them. Nor can I find a bag big enough to fix it. Do you know if this bag is big enough to fit the board and the binding in it????”
Asked on 12/6/2009 12:00:00 AM by Newbie from MA
    • Answer The highback on your bindings (the part that hits your calf) should be able to fold down toward the baseplate of the binding and under the powerstrap, which would allow your setup to fit into any snowboard bag. If you fold down the highback this bag will work perfectly. Hope this helps.

    • Answer Highbacks that don't fold down? I have Ride RX bindings on my board. I didn't measure but they are ~10-12 inches off the board. I tried putting the board in the bag with the highbacks up and it DID NOT fit. I don't think this bag will work if you leave the bindings on the board. However, you could always take the bindings off the board. You could probably strap your boots into the bindings and place them into a boot bag. Hope this helps!
