“Great idea but needs some help”

“[...] The handle to the retractable extension to pull it on its wheels was in pieces. Having no time before I was leaving on vacation I super glued it back together and wrapped it in electrical tape. It could have been packed better but the handle is made of brittle plastic and instead of being reccessed it sticks out and takes the "hit" from baggage handlers etc. Am going to have to see if can get a new handle from manufacturer. Other than that am ok with the rest of the product. I like that it can be used so many different ways. My tent fits in perfectly with emough room for some clothes and light sleeping bag. It allows air travel (too big for carry on) rolling through the airport and then use as back pack. Like the day pack feature also. Great idea but that handle sticks out and is too vulnerable to be tossed the way baggage handlers do.”
