“great for flying”

“When flying I always have a flight on a small plane & a larger one. My carry-on is too big for the small plane & has to be valet-checked. When the flight arrives late, stopping to pick up the carry-on can make the difference in making my connecting flight. The day pack fits overhead on the small plane & the back pack slides under the seat, so no more valet waits. There are several pockets which make it easy to find what you need. The biggest issue was that the strap on the back of the day pack which slides over the handle of the wheeled unit is so snug it is hard to put on. Once on it works well. It can also take a minute to align the zipper to reattach the day pack. It would roll better if the wheels rotated. I haven't used the backpack feature. I just attached it to my checked luggage when I picked it up. The backpack is heavy because of the wheels.”
