Closeouts. High Sierra's rolling backpack has lots of space plus straps for last-minute lash-ons and generous, end-pocket-accessible stuff sacks for laundry.
I've had good luck with the 30" wheeled duffle in this product line, so decided to try this as a carry-on. It seems like it will work well in that regard. The detachable day pack is convenient, but it takes some time getting the zippers well-aligned for smooth closure. It is a bit smaller than expected, so probably wouldn't use it as my sole piece of luggage, except for very short trips.

I was pleased that it has as many pockets and areas to store things. I will be using for travel and putting my weights in for my exercise class. It will durable enough to carry them.

Already used the product for a short cross-country trip. Was expandable and useful. I really liked the ability to zip off the day pack for airline overhead stuffing.

Loved this bag... for a year or two. It was perfect size for short biz trips (up to 3 nights), and easily fit into overhead bins just as others struggled to squeeze their monster bags too.
However, the handle broke on one trip. I tried to fix it, and the fix worked for a day before it completely broke. It still had lots of life left in it, if it was not for the handle.

Good for carry on baggage for longer trip. Provides flexibility in packing and usage as day pack or weekend pack. Like ability to wheel or 'pack', although packing it all is less likely for me at 58 than it would have been a decade or more ago. The size makes you think you might actually be able to do that long trip with the minimal luggage for supreme mobility.

Have been using same type of product for 10 years...very hard to find small rollerbag with detachable back pack but...finally, High Sierra was able to meet our needs. I would have liked to buy two!!

This is a cutie, stylish roller bag, but its volume is so low, it has no practical use. Dimensions are very deceiving, it fits the dimensions of an airport carry-on, but the handle sticks up 2 inches when retracted and is included in the height. This reduces 'use' volume significantly. The daypack is stylish, but all the cords and straps make it a nightmare to transport on a plane-catching on everything including conveyor belts. This is a school field trip or sleepover luggage for your middle-school age kids, not an airport carry-on. I returned it. I would recommend the High Sierra ATGO model, which is truly a carry-on size, large capacity roller and day pack!
