“This good feature of this wheeled backpack is that you can put your computer in the outer pocket, making it very easy to remove and put back when going through airport security and in other travel contexts. It is a struggle, though, to unzip and zip the main compartment. In addition, the outer pocket tends to drag when carrying something heavy (like a computer) so that the fabric on the bottom rubs the sidewalk and eventually develops holes.”
