High Sierra Wheeled Ski Bag - Double Expandable

This bag was used to pack a radio antenna to be transported by an airline. It was then transported by ship to an island. The bag was loaded close to 40-50lbs. It took the beating like a charm and is still in good condition. We bought a second one for a friend who needed to transport an identical item. Will buy again. Highly recommended -The double ski bag with Wheels.

I bought the bag to protect my ski from airways mishandling and to defy the one bag rule. With a double ski bag we might be able to pack boots and underwear without being overcharged.

Ski bag could be folded and strapped down to work for short skis.

It was a bit of a struggle to fit two pairs of adult skis. The extra pockets came in handy. The bag could use a little more padding, but for the price, you can't beat it!

Concern: some new airline restrictions limit one pair of skis per person/bag or extra fees applied.

You get what you pay for. This carrier is extremely durable, and provides very good protection for your equipment. The only con that I've found is the large size of the product althogh rollers help with ease of travel.

I bought this bag to bring two pairs of skis on upcoming trips to Utah and the Alps. Already on the first flight, the bag broke and left a hole around the front of the skis. On the next flight, I started noticing other little holes in the soft material. This bag doesn't provide enough protection for your skis. When carrying two pairs of skis, you must load them correctly, or both wheels won't touch the ground. The handle to pull the bag is a little bit on the side.

Packed new skis for airline trip to Sunday River. A bit awkward to maneuver thru airport but got the job done.

I bought the bag for our ski trip to tahoe-flying for first time with our skis. The bag is ok.. I would have invested in something better if money and time would have allowed. Our skis made the trip without harm, but I had to stuff the bag with clothing items for cushion. The double ski bag also barely fit two pairs of skis/poles. Wish I would have just bought 2 single bags b/c it was heavy to roll and very awkward and bulky. My advice is to get a different brand of bag or just get a single one. Also, supposedly the US olympic ski team uses this bag....so, obviously they are on a very tight/skimpy budget!
