Not for subzero temperatures, but well suited for Midwest winters. Front and rear extend up and are fully reflective for wear without a vest and or jacket. Pant cuffs are a black material for wear and dirt resistance.

It is warm, well made, fits well and very pleasantly surprised that for the price is as substantial at it is. same with the pants. Warm enough for bad weather.
