    This jacket is a shell so be prepared to layer according to temperature. I love the quality of Holden apparel and this jacket is right up there. The jacket just covers the hips and is quite fitted, so if you have larger hips, it might be snug over the hips. The canvas color is a light mint green with the sketches in grey. Would look great with grey ski pants! I love it. Love the thumb holes too. They are stretchy and don't feel restrictive or bulky like other jackets I've tried. 5 out of 5 for sure.

    i ordered this with the anticipation of having to return it, pending an up-close look at the skeleton print. you can't really see it in the photo so i'll describe: the skeletons look like they have been drawn in grey japanese-style ink (not corny doodles like i had feared), and they are all doing interesting, cool asian-themed activities. i got compliments the first time i wore this skiing. if fits well. i'm 5'5, 126lbs and the medium gave me plenty of room for layering. the jacket has these super strong magnet 'buttons'. if you're not amused by getting stuck to your locker or having your jacket snap shut on its own then you might not like this feature.

    Its a beautiful and very unique Jacket... very well made.. comfortable and it is warm. However you do need add layers underneath for the really cold weather. But I'd rather have the comfy layers than a bulky jacket... Very stylish! love this Jacket!

    I love the style and quality of Holden gear. The canvas color is a very misty green. I wasn't sure it would be visible on the slopes but it is so unusual that it really stands out. This jacket can be worn in all temps, varying the warmth of the layer or layers underneath.

    I'm 5'4", 105lbs. The XS is roomy but that's probably fine for skiing. This jacket is really wonderful quality. The canvas color is a bit odd, kind of a sea foam mist. Hard to match pants with it, winter white may work.

    This jacket ran so small in the chest that I could not get it closed and I am a 12. There is also a very cool and stylish outer closure system with very strong magnets that refused to match up and close properly, but easily matched to the wrong magnet- especially at the neckline. The skeleton pattern on this jacket was incredible and I would highly recommend it to my more willowy girlfiends!

    Holden makes the BEST snowboarding clothing. Attention to detail, stylish cut, super cute and cool for the mountain! I am a size 10 (large) and this fits true to size with no restriction anywhere and still looking good. Be aware - this jacket is a shell, and not insulated. I like it that way but I know some people prefer the extra warmth. Great deal too!
