This jacket is a shell so be prepared to layer according to temperature. I love the quality of Holden apparel and this jacket is right up there. The jacket just covers the hips and is quite fitted, so if you have larger hips, it might be snug over the hips. The canvas color is a light mint green with the sketches in grey. Would look great with grey ski pants! I love it. Love the thumb holes too. They are stretchy and don't feel restrictive or bulky like other jackets I've tried. 5 out of 5 for sure.

Attractive & functional boarding jacket!

i ordered this with the anticipation of having to return it, pending an up-close look at the skeleton print. you can't really see it in the photo so i'll describe: the skeletons look like they have been drawn in grey japanese-style ink (not corny doodles like i had feared), and they are all doing interesting, cool asian-themed activities. i got compliments the first time i wore this skiing. if fits well. i'm 5'5, 126lbs and the medium gave me plenty of room for layering. the jacket has these super strong magnet 'buttons'. if you're not amused by getting stuck to your locker or having your jacket snap shut on its own then you might not like this feature.

Jacket design is cute, fit seemed small, especially with a sweater, etc underneath.

Its a beautiful and very unique Jacket... very well made.. comfortable and it is warm. However you do need add layers underneath for the really cold weather. But I'd rather have the comfy layers than a bulky jacket... Very stylish! love this Jacket!

I love the style and quality of Holden gear. The canvas color is a very misty green. I wasn't sure it would be visible on the slopes but it is so unusual that it really stands out. This jacket can be worn in all temps, varying the warmth of the layer or layers underneath.

Very casual, good looking jack... just the zipper is not easy to use and hood is not removable... other than that, it is a very casual jacket to wear... I bought it for my ski trip but have not used it yet. I wore it for winter working day... a lot of my coworkers told me it is a good-looking jack
