Sheepskin has been popular with surfers here for a long time to keep their feet warm. When I sleep in my sheepskin it retains the warmth should I get up for a minute or two. I sleep like a baby and my shoulder quit hurting so now I can raise my arm. It has helped with fibromyalgia. I brushed it and no hair came out, it looked as fluffy as new. I cant sleep with out it. Get one and dont be afraid to nap or sleep on it.
