Closeouts. Handsewn Elk Horn loafer from H.S. Trask has unique barrel-shaped tassles and soft pebbled elk leather trimmed in smooth accents. Siped rubber sole insets keep you steady on any surface.
Great shoe at any price! This is the comfort some other companies seem to have traded for profit. I wish H.S.Trask made other types of shoes, as I would buy nothing but them.

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is my 4th pair of H S Trask loafers in the last year. I have 8 pairs of Allen Edmund shoes in the closet and I will put these up against those for comfort on first wearing. They seem to be holding up well, but can't really speak to durability yet, but seems they will hold up well.

I really like these shoes, but think they are going to require a little more break in time; the foot bed is soft and comfortable, but they are really tight around the back of my foot, painful after a short time. I have put some shoe trees in them to loosen them up a little, I can only hope that these shoes wear in well because I really want to like them.
