The addition of wool in the fabric allows this vest to work for both casual and dressed-up wear. It doesn't drape because the fabric has too much body -- but it's well-cut and if it fits your proportions it's simple and classy. I'm petite, so it seemed a little long in the waist but with the 2-way zipper I can adjust it to fit. It IS beautifully made; does run small. I'm delighted with it!

This is a great looking vest- looks just as good in real life as the pictures. I usually don't spend over $30 on a vest, but this one is worth every dollar. Very nice material. The vest is thin so it doesn't make you look large like so many vests. It is medium warmth which is just what I was looking for. It does run a sz small, so order 1 sz larger than you usually wear. I am a sz 12 and the XL was perfect. The Lg was too small and I needed to return it. It was money well worth spent!

Once I got a medium (I have always worn small in Ibex and in everything else) I love the way this vest fits and looks. I wear it everywhere...alpine skiing, nordic skiing, to work...

liked the vest, but the extra material in the back portion didn't make the vest lay flat. 2-way zipper was nice feature.

I really like Ibex, and this vest is the best of natural fiber and man-made. I have several black fleece vests and after a while the fleece pills or gets linty to the extent that I can only wear them on my farm. This vest provides a warm layer that is very stylish and I think it will last differently--I'm tempted to buy another. The fit is snug; I usually wear a S or XS, so based on recommendations, I tried both a S and M, and the M is just right.

Wow. It's is very classy and stylish, well designed and makes me look very nice. It doesn't seem as warm as it's supposed to be, but what can I expect from a thin material? I love this vest because it's dressy enough (esp. with black turtle neck) that it goes with my nice jewelry and go out to a nice concert, dinner. It's shaped well and it helps my waist to look nice. I never paid this much for a "vest", but I began to think it is really worth it. Farewell to fleece vests...

This is exactly what I was looking for....warm, sleek, well made. We travel a lot in the winter, and this vest will keep me warm, it fits nicely under a jacket, and looks good enough to wear out to dinner. Warning...the vest in a bit more than a size small..I ordered a size up, but its still a bit tight.....5 lbs should ease the fit : )

Flattering collar. Streamlined fit so it feels a little small for size. Very good quality.
