“wanted to love”

“I loved this sweater and waited to buy it because of the price of Ibex products. Found it on STP and was very happy. Bought the black in med and wore it the first time out to a comedy club with friends. Had to wash it when I got home because of the smoke. I washed it in cold water and layed flat to dry but notice that the sweater had shrunk at least one size if not more. I am a regular Ibex and Icebreaker wearer and always wash everything in cold water and hang on the line to dry. Has anyone else had this problem. Very very dissapointed. I loved this sweater. Sadly sending this one back.”
