Ibex Rhyme Merino Wool Sweater - Full Zip (For Women)

I loved this sweater and waited to buy it because of the price of Ibex products. Found it on STP and was very happy. Bought the black in med and wore it the first time out to a comedy club with friends. Had to wash it when I got home because of the smoke. I washed it in cold water and layed flat to dry but notice that the sweater had shrunk at least one size if not more. I am a regular Ibex and Icebreaker wearer and always wash everything in cold water and hang on the line to dry. Has anyone else had this problem. Very very dissapointed. I loved this sweater. Sadly sending this one back.

Ibex is usually a great fit and good look for me. This was dowdy, dreadful and yuck. Even good clothiers screw up once in a while, this was Ibex's mess up!

I haven't worn this yet, but I look forward to doing so. I have tried it on and I'm glad I got the small, normally I am a generous size six. It is very soft, comfortable and I love the uniqueness of the diagonal zipper. I always wanted a piece of clothing from Ibex, but never could justify spending that kind of money. Great sweater for the after dinner walk!

The color is pretty and accurate from picture. Feels soft and is a little bit big but with a Turtleneck or shirt underneath it fits perfectly. I am 5' 4" and the length is perfect. This is a high quality brand.

I bought this in blue. If you get this, try to get the blue Austin Reed close-out pants also. Together, they make a really nice outfit. You'll need a long-sleeve T-shirt or turtleneck underneath this sweater. It's very nice but it's not as soft as cashmere. When zipped up all the way, the neck is quite high. I have a short neck and really shouldn't wear turtlenecks at all but the sweater is even becoming with the neck somewhat zipped down. I wear a white T-shirt and silver necklace underneath and that crossed zipper still gives it that little interesting difference that makes it something. It's not boxy but figure-flattering without being tight. I like this sweater A LOT.

An unusual and stylish sweater with nice detailing. Very warm and comfortable by itself or over a lightweight shirt underneath. For best look, it must be worn zipped up all the way as it becomes strangely shaped unzipped.
