Nice light weight merino wool bottoms. Legs are a snug fit. Ibex sizes their items very small. Check their size chart..

For decades I have sought light weight merino wool tops and bottoms as it is just the best material for a base layer. Polyesters smell bad after half a day wear and do not feel comfortable.Silk is not as good as merino wool for comfort and merino breathes better and dries faster than silk. The only problem I have with these is I bought a 2XL because of prior experience with merino shrinkage. The label says "MS" and I am not sure why- Misses size? I am 6 foot and weigh 170 and they fit perfectly and did not shrink with warm wash and warm dry cycles.

I have so much Ibex gear...and the majority of their products are manufactured here in the US. I didn't notice (but it was posted, clear as day) that these were mfg'd. in Fiji. I'll live with them; no major offense.
Bottom line; they're a decent base layer...not what one would call 'durable' - they are fairly thin; although I have not had any issues with them getting runs or holes in them. I'd probably say, if you're going to be wearing them under heavy workwear/working conditions - I'd probably go with something a bit more substantial.
