5.0 out of 5 stars. Warm and comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Virginia on Monday, December 22, 2014Great running jacket and blocks out the wind completely. The fit is great .. I am 5'10", 175lb runner with broad shoulders. The merino lining is functional and adds warmth. Jacket breathes well for a wind blocker. No swishing sounds while running. Probably one of the best you can buy for the money .. I got a sweetheart deal at $135. Thanks Sierra Trading Post for making it affordable.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Icebreaker BlastVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Indiana on Wednesday, December 3, 2014I've never spent so much on a running jacket but I needed a new one and wanted something more suitable for winter. First day to use it was the worst kind of running day - a cold rain. The jacket made all the difference in the world - kept me warm, repelled the rain, was breathable enough that I wasn't soaked with sweat. Have been extremely pleased with it since. I don't have to layer as much because, between the windbreaking capabilities and merino wool, it's very versatile. Best jacket I've ever owned in 35 years of running.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Warmer than expectedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Blues&Cheese from Wisconsin on Tuesday, November 18, 2014Have run in this down to 28 Fahrenheit, typically with a Craft (Active Extreme) or Muzino (Breath Thermo) base layer. Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I was for the bulk if the run. I am 5' 10" 164 lbs with a little more upper body bulk than the typical runner...ordered the Large and it fits great.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome cycling jacketReviewed by Anonymous from Burbank, CA on Tuesday, February 25, 2014I first bought the vest and have now bought the jacket. Wear it with a 260 Icebreaker base layer underneath for mountain rides on chilly mornings. It keeps the wind out and is breathable. 6ft, 175lb and the large is a great fit.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great running jacketReviewed by Anonymous from Olympic Peninsula, Washington State on Saturday, January 11, 2014I love this jacket, it's great for active sports. I have used it in temperatures as cold as 20 degrees Fahrenheit with 2 or 3 base layers. I often run upwind and then down on Ediz Hook in Port Angeles, WA, (a sand spit jutting out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca) and the wind never bothers me. Like all other Icebreaker products, breathability is amazing. The color and sizing are true. The chest pocket fits any size cell phone. The hand pockets and inside pockets are also generous and hold hats and gloves.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Skip This IcebreakerReviewed by Anonymous from Austin, TX on Thursday, August 8, 2013This jacket does no one thing very well. It's not particularly warm, it does not protect against the wind enough to be a windbreaker and it is not rainproof. It's the first piece from Icebreaker I am disappointed with. Save yourself the money and buy something else
