Nice, very light , can be layered for colder weather, and is a great underlayer for cool indoor environments. Wicks beautifully, doesn't smell. I use both for stationary indoor work, and active outdoor work, adjusting layers as needed.

You might already be familiar with Icebreaker's quality workout gear-never stinks, soft to wear, wicks moisture, comfortable in any weather conditions even rain. I love this top because of its light weight, its even softer and thinner than the 200 or above weights of wool, and I never want to take it off! Its perfect for my climbing gym which never heats up past 65 degrees, so its great for the warmup and during the climb. Overall I highly recommend it. I usually wear a small or medium in workout clothes 36C chest, but got a small in this and it fits tight and comfy.

This shirt is soft and can be worn as a base layer or a tee. Looks nice as a casual top, but works equally well teamed with a blazer for work.
