Icebreaker Bodyfit 260 Base Layer Top - Merino Wool, Midweight, Long Sleeve (For Men and Women)

I'm 6'2", 155lbs, skinny. Most of the time I wear medium tops, though I have to watch out for the arms being too short. I expected this (size M) to be a skin-tight fit (or nearly so), but it was much looser, especially in the torso. The torso was also a lot shorter than I expected. The fabric hangs down from the neck zip in pleats (unless you zip it all the way up or tuck in the shirt), which looks bad. I returned it.

Icebreaker makes the best performance material out there. The wool really does not itch or stink. I have several tops purchased about a year and a half ago - look/feel/smell brand new. Love this brand - can't say enough good.

This is a nice base layer; great product as are all Icebreaker products I've owned. Only concern is fit: a little snug; would recommend ordering one size larger than you normally wear unless you want it to fit snug.

Appears to be a high quality garment. I have not used this yet on any cold weather trips. I researched this item quite a bit before purchasing due to the high price tag, but purchased on sale so the price was comparable with other similar garments from reputable outdoor clothing manufacturers. The sizing listed on the STP website differed from that listed on the manufacturer's website - I trusted the manufacturer's information since it was their garment, and I was not disappointed with the fit. My only other comment is that the zippered T-neck is longer (higher) than I thought it would be (maybe I have a short neck???), but overall this was not a deal breaker for me. The fit seems true to size, but is still clingy because it is an athletic cut. Therfore, if you have "man b00bs," yes they probably will show in this shirt. The thumb holes on the monkey sleeves are also a bit smaller than I like (when actually using them), although I don't plan to use them that often.

I use it under a wind and water proof jacket for bicycling as the weather gets colder.

My first "Icebreaker" item, will certainly appreciate it this winter.

Bought two of these as layers for hunting. I have had many other wool layers but Icebreaker is by far the best.
