I bought one of these shirts for my daughter and another for the son of our family friends. They run a little small - so I bought a 5-6 for my 4 year old daughter and a 7-8 for the 4 year old boy (he's built like a 6 year old). These shirts are thin and warm! and very very cute. Both kids wore them without getting the itchies.
