Verified Buyer Reviewed by deereguy from Olympic Mtns on Wednesday, December 12, 2012I love this product. Fact is I own 4. This item is designed for a body (T-shirt) fit. I prefer a looser fit, thus I purchase a size of two larger. I machine wash and damp dry in the drier. I stay away from products that require hand washing. I love merino wool.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by love2roam from LA on Wednesday, December 5, 2012since this is a base layer, i was thinking it would be a tighter fit, it was. a bit lose but not too lose. i would get another one if the price is right.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anything but the Car from Minneapolis, MN on Friday, May 13, 2011Wool is the best-warm, breathable, and doesn't hold odors. This washes easily and holds its shape. Its lightness belies its warmth. Like other Icebreaker items I have, the fit is athletic. You won't be swimming in it. If anything, some may find the fit too trim.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Outside in the Winter from Twin Cities, MN on Wednesday, May 11, 2011I picked up an Icebreaker 260 at a store a couple of years ago and immediately needed another. Icebreaker is that great. This one fits with a slightly thinner collar but the arms are just as long -- perfect for my monkey arms -- and the torso is long enough to tuck in or protect my backside when I'm on my bike. The color blocking is interesting but no chafing so far. These tops are perfect base insulation for my winter snow biking & xc skiing. Even though I do xc skate and work up a good sweat, the wool wicks and keeps me warm in temps close to zero. Icbereaker wool works like nothing else.
