I love the color, the knit pattern, and the long length. I find myself reaching for them often this Winter, especially for under boots, because they aren't heavy, seem pretty sturdy, and get the job done. They probably would be a bit tight for larger calves. I can recommend them.

Reviewed by urbanbabyboomer from Boston, MA on Thursday, December 13, 2012I have mixed feelings. The socks are probably quite warm and durable but a bit scratchy (more so than most Icebreaker products). But, perhaps with wear and washing, they'll become softer.
